Southeast Light Rail is officially open!

On Friday, November 17 and Saturday, November 18, 2006 thousands of Denver area residents joined us at Colorado Station and the University of Denver Station to celebrate this momentous occasion. Party-goers enjoyed free food provided by area vendors including Dave & Buster's, Bennigan's, Mustard's Last Stand, Starbucks, Star Market Catering and M & T's Restaurant.

The celebrations also featured a live concert from local favorite Walker Williams as well as music from local station KCUV and JACK-FM.

In addition to great food and music, visitors also had the chance to win iPod Nanos from CompUSA and framed commemorative TREX posters framed by local business Frame de Art.
