Allison Billings – Executive Director

Allison has served as the Executive Director of Transportation Solutions since 2002 after serving as Program Director and Transportation Planner for nearly two years. Before joining the organization, Allison worked on transportation and environmental planning projects with the University of North Carolina School of Public Health, the State of Georgia, as well as nonprofits like the National Wildlife Federation and Upper Chattahoochee Riverkeeper. She received her masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her bachelors degree in Ecology and Political Science from Emory University. Monica Strobel – Associate Director

Monica has provided expertise in marketing, community affairs and business management to Transportation Solutions since spring of 2003. She has a demonstrated commitment to and extensive background in nonprofit and governmental service, including The Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Colorado Office of Energy Conservation, and has run her own writing, marketing and special events business for the past 10 years. Monica is a University of Colorado at Boulder alumna with a degree in Political Science. Contact Monica.

Rebecca Cales – Community Relations Specialist

Rebecca joined Transportation Solutions in spring 2006. She brings with her a background in solid waste, air quality, transportation and sustainability education from Bridging The Gap, Kansas City, Missouri’s largest environmental nonprofit agency. A hiking and bicycling enthusiast, she is pleased to combine her love of the outdoors with improving air quality and minimizing congestion in the southeast Denver community.
