With new commercial / residential developments being proposed for the Cherry Creek area, the need for effective transportation planning is very important. This planning will need to address all types of traffic, from cars to buses to delivery vehicles to bikes to pedestrians.
Transportation Solutions was asked by members of the Cherry Creek Steering Committee, as well as by Councilwoman Jeanne Robb, to work with several developers who have proposed projects in the Cherry Creek area to help develop plans to mitigate traffic impacts of these proposed developments.
100 St Paul Street - this roughly 290,000 square foot development includes a 10 story retail/office building and a 7 story retail/residential building. This project also includes 4 levels of underground parking.
3rd Street between Milwaukee & St Paul development - this roughly 125,000 square foot development includes a 4 story boutique hotel with approximately 110 rooms and a single story of residential development above the hotel. This project also includes 2 levels of underground parking.
